Having a little fun with my students towards the end of our pangamut class. Training can be intense, but I make a point to balance things out with some light-hearted humor.
The other point we were trying to illustrate is you must have CONTROL throughout the execution of your techniques because if not, your opponent can quickly turn the tables on you. Control is especially important during training to avoid or at the very least minimize accidents. All in good fun here of course, but in reality a blunder like that will cost you dearly.
